3. Bookings

All bookings can be made by phone, through our online booking calendar, enquiry form, chat widget, or Voice AI tool.

Booking confirmations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email or phone.

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service fees are agreed in advance and may vary based on the type, size, and condition of the property. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the service. We accept payment by cash, card, or electronic transfer. Specific payment options will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. We will give as much notice as reasonably possible.

If we are unable to gain access, a call-out charge may apply.
